छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांच्या राजकीय कल्पना अशा होत्या की त्यामध्ये काहीही बदल न करता आपण आजही त्यांचे अनुकरण करू शकतो. आपल्या प्रजेला शांतता, सहिष्णुता, सर्वांना समान संधी, कार्यक्षम आणि शुद्घ राज्यकारभार पद्धती, व्यापार वृद्धीसाठी आरमार आणि मायदेशाच्या रक्षणासाठी लढाऊ लष्कर ही त्यांच्यासमोर ध्येये होती. महाराष्ट्रातीलच नव्हे तर महाराष्ट्राबाहेरच्या व्यक्तीसही त्याच्याजवळ गुणवत्ता असेल तर शिवाजी महाराजांकडे काम करण्याची संधी प्राप्त होई. महाराजांची कार्यपद्धती ही सर्व क्षेत्रांना स्पर्श करणारी असल्यामुळे आधुनिक राज्याचे ध्येय दृष्टीसमोर ठेऊन त्यांना प्रजेची सर्वांगीण उन्नती करता आली. म्हणूनच इतिहासाला हे मान्य करावे लागते की शिवाजी महाराज केवळ महाराष्ट्राचे निर्माता नसून ते मध्ययुगीन भारताच्या इतिहासातील सर्वात कर्तबगार पुरुष आहेत.
अशा सर्व गोष्टींचा ऊहापोह डॉ. केदार महादेवराव फाळके यांनी या व्याख्यानमालेमध्ये केलेला आहे. या व्याख्यानमालेचे महत्त्वपूर्ण वैशिष्ट्य म्हणजे आधुनिक व्यवस्थापनामध्ये शिवाजी महाराजांच्या प्रशासकीय व्यवस्थेचा सुसंबद्धपणा काय आहे हे देखील त्यांनी दाखवून दिलेले आहे. त्यामुळे आधुनिक व्यवस्थापनामध्ये कार्य करीत असताना शिवाजी महाराजांच्या प्रशासनाचा आदर्श घेऊन आपण आपली कार्यपद्धती सक्षमपणे राबविण्याकरिता ही व्याख्यानमाला उपयोगी ठरणार आहे.

For e.g., "दुर्ग व जल व्यवस्थापन: Fort and Water management systems" will be published on Friday, 17th March 2023, and the next section of "लष्करी प्रशासन: Military Administration" on Tuesday, 21st march 20223.
